Prior to application of the project for registration under RERA, the promoter has to ensure compliance with certain key points. We advise the clients to ensure full legal compliance with provisions of the Act.

In order to escalate the responsibility and accountability of real estate developers towards consumers, the RERA has made the following compulsory for them:

Our interdisciplinary firm can take care of all the RERA related compliance needs. Architect, Engineer and CA certificates are issued for quarterly updates. Online submission of returns is also undertaken by the firm.

With the change in approved plans, alteration needs to be filed with the RERA Authority as well. The filing and submission process is within our scope of work.

Extension of time for completion of the project, if required needs to be filed with the Authority. We ensure that the chances of Authority providing extension are increased by citing valid reasons.

Various compliances are required to be undertaken in cases of changes in bank or project loan or change in constitution of firm, etc. We take care of the all the processes required in order to update these with the Authority.

A statement of account in Form 5 prescribed needs to be filed within 6 months from the end of financial year each year. If the Firm has not provided Form 3, this service can also be provided.

We ensure that the Allotment letters, Agreement to Sale, Sale Deed, Booking form and possession deed are in line with the provisions of the Act. We provide advisory and structuring of policies for parking, association of allottees, defect liability, changes in plans and other legal queries.

We provide the service of formation of association of allottees under the Co-Operative Societies or Section 8 Company under Companies Act.

We provide services of replies to notices received from the authority and appear on behalf of the client for any hearing with respect to compliance defaults.

We provide services of replies to notices received from the complainants and appear on behalf of the client for hearing with respect to complaints by allottees. We represent the client upto tribunal.
